Delta Troops maintains full compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 — protecting both our clients and our workforce at every deployment.
The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 was enacted to regulate the employment of contract labour in India and to ensure the protection of the rights and welfare of contract workers. It applies to every establishment in which 20 or more workmen are employed as contract labour on any day of the preceding 12 months.
Valid registration under CLRA Act for all applicable establishments
Valid licence obtained for each deployment as contractor
Maintenance of all statutory registers — Muster Roll, Wages, Deductions, Overtime
Issuance of Employment Cards and Service Certificates to all workers
Payment of wages on time as per applicable Minimum Wages Act
Full PF, ESI and statutory contributions deducted and remitted timely
Filing of half-yearly returns with the appropriate Labour Commissioner
Provision of welfare facilities as required — canteen, rest rooms, first aid
